Logo Usage Terms and Conditions –
- General Usage:
- The logo designs provided by Brandviser can be used for both personal and business purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, business cards, marketing materials, social media, merchandise, and any other promotional materials.
- Trademark:
- Clients are granted the rights to trademark the logo design. This means you can legally protect your logo and prevent others from using it without permission.
- The logos provided in some variant cannot be trademarked. These designs may use elements that other creators have rights to, which means they may or may not be eligible for trademark protection.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the logo design does not infringe on any existing trademarks before applying for trademark protection.
- Ownership:
- Upon full payment, the client obtains ownership rights to the logo design. Brandviser transfers all intellectual property rights to the client, allowing full control over the logo’s use.
- Intellectual property rights related to specific elements within the logo may belong to other creators, and Brandviser does not transfer ownership of these elements.
- Limitations:
- The logo must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes that violate the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
- The client must not resell or distribute the logo design without prior written consent from Brandviser.
- Liability:
- While Brandviser ensures that all designs are original and true to our creative standards, we are not liable for any copyright issues that may arise. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
- Modifications:
- The client is free to modify the logo design as needed. However, Brandviser does not take responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from alterations made by the client.
- Acknowledgment:
- By using the logo, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Additional Notes
- Compliance with Laws: All logo usage must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia.
- Ethical Use: Logos must not be used in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful to the public or any individual.
- Non-Transferability: These terms and conditions are specific to the client and cannot be transferred to another party without the express written consent of Brandviser.
